Two Hours in Line for a Nintendo Wii
I'm back in my warm bed after spending around two hours waiting in line at Target in Albany, CA for a Nintendo Wii. When I showed up at 6am or so, there were already groups of kids there who had camped out overnight (with very serious-looking sleeping bags). Around 7am my roommate Edwin showed up and went to the back of the line. The nice Target fellow handing out Wii tickets (to avoid pandemonium when the store opened) ran out of them with two people left to go until he'd have reached Edwin. Hehe.
My other roommate Junyi promised to reimburse whoever wound up buying a Wii, since Edwin sprang for the TV and I volunteered my old desktop for tivo service.
So cold....!
